Mr. Elvin Tay, serving as the President of the Malaysian Interior Industry Partners Association (MIIP) for the 2025–2027 term, works with MIIP members and industry partners to strengthen Malaysia’s interior industry and promote greater professionalism, collaboration, and development within the sector.
Strengthening the Interior Industry
Under his leadership, MIIP has continued to focus on professional development, industry collaboration, and a stronger engagement with government and industry authorities. The association also provides opportunities for members to exchange knowledge through seminars, industry activities, and international initiatives.
Furthermore, Mr. Elvin Tay places an importance on building a more sustainable and forward-looking industry. Through MIIP, it promotes ESG awareness, sustainable design practices, and initiatives that encourage a greater environmental and social responsibility.
Empowering the Next Generation
Mr. Elvin Tay also places much emphasis on SME and the empowerment of youth. MIIP’s current priorities include mentorship, digital branding, and leadership development in order to help prepare the next generation of industry professionals.
With these efforts, MIIP seeks to build stronger connections between many established industry professionals and emerging talents.

Alongside his role as MIIP President, Mr. Elvin Tay is also the Founder and Managing Director of Armarior Sdn. Bhd. His experience within the interior and furnishing industry provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities that industry professionals face today.
