Armarior has received the Silver Award in the Completed Fit-Out (Residential) category at the MIIP Interior Industry Awards 2026 for The Quiet Opulence, Park Regent.
The project is centred around the idea of understated luxury, creating a residential environment where refined materials, functional storage, and carefully crafted details work together to form a calm and sophisticated home.
Throughout the residence, bespoke elements were designed to complement both the architecture and the lifestyle of its occupants. A smoked glass walk-in wardrobe with an oval hanging mirror provides an elegant dressing space, while suede-lined drawers and leather pull-out baskets introduce tactile details to the storage areas.
Integrated lighting was also incorporated into the cabinetry, with thin LED lines illuminating individual shelves and adding a subtle layer of warmth to the interior. Elsewhere, a black granite feature wall paired with fluted timber panels creates a strong visual focal point, while a concealed bar behind tall timber doors adds another layer of functionality without disrupting the home’s clean aesthetic.
The project demonstrates Armarior’s ability to combine bespoke craftsmanship with practical everyday living. Rather than relying solely on decorative elements, each built-in feature was designed with both appearance and usability in mind.
The cabinetry, panels, and bespoke interior fittings were manufactured at Armarior’s 70,000 sq ft in-house facility in Balakong, Selangor, before being installed by the company’s project team. This integrated manufacturing and installation process allows Armarior to maintain close oversight of quality and workmanship throughout the project.
The Silver Award recognises the effort behind The Quiet Opulence and highlights Armarior’s commitment to delivering refined residential interiors through thoughtful design, precision manufacturing, and detailed craftsmanship.
