Armarior Sdn. Bhd. — formerly known as Pedini Cucine (M) Sdn. Bhd. — has been Malaysia’s trusted name in luxury interior design and bespoke home furnishing since 1993. What began as a passion for Italian-inspired craftsmanship has grown into one of Malaysia’s most respected luxury renovation and custom furnishing companies, serving discerning homeowners, property developers, and commercial clients across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya.

Elvin Tay is the Founder and Managing Director of ARMARIOR Sdn Bhd, a bespoke interior builder and premium cabinet brand based in Malaysia. Elvin Tay’s journey into the interior industry began with Pedini Cucine, a prestigious Italian kitchen brand, where he was first exposed to the meticulous craftsmanship, refined detailing, and uncompromising quality standards that define true luxury design.
It was through this experience that he came to understand that luxury is never just an afterthought; it is the very foundation of every decision, from material selection to the finest detail of execution. This early insight into the discerning expectations of high-end clientele became the guiding philosophy behind everything he would later build.
Under his leadership, ARMARIOR has grown into a trusted name among Malaysia’s leading property developers, including EcoWorld, Sime Darby, Tropicana, and Platinum Victory. ARMARIOR’s portfolio spans high-end residential interiors, luxury bungalows, corporate office fit-outs, and retail projects, with each delivered as a turnkey solution through our integrated factory-to-installation capability.

Pedram Fotouhi is the Project Director of Armarior. He is achievement-driven with over 20 years of experience delivering complex construction, interior fit-out, design-build, and capital projects across Malaysia and international markets. He has demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder environments involving clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities and international organisations.
Pedram Fotouhi has extensive executive leadership experience spanning commercial, hospitality, luxury residential, mixed-use, and diplomatic developments, with responsibility for programme delivery, design management, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement throughout the complete project lifecycle.
With his expertise and guidance, Armarior will continue to steadily grow as one of Malaysia’s top interior fit-out companies.

Bhd. is a CIDB-registered contractor in Malaysia (Registration No. 0120140827-WP158481), certified under the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia at Grade G7 — the highest contractor grade recognised by CIDB, qualifying Armarior for projects of unlimited contract value.
Our registration spans three key specialisations:
